Delivery Information
Returns & Refunds
- Our products can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. We’ll offer a full refund (minus shipping if applicable) if you return any unsuitable or unwanted items in their original condition within 30 days of purchase. Such goods must be returned to us unused and with all the original manuals and tags. Please get in touch if you would like to return an item and we will send over return instructions. Please note:
- If you have a problem with the item after wearing it this then becomes an 'under warranty' case. See here for further information.
- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures the parcel against loss/damage.
- The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the buyer.
Warranty
- Your new Nomad watch is warranted for a period of one year. Please see here for details of the warranty.

Is My Nomad Watch Unisex?
- Yes, Nomad watches are unisex so it all depends on personal preference as to the size of watch you prefer. You will find the dimensions of each watch detailed on the individual product pages.
